Pearloid

Pearloid is a synthetic plastic, the patent owner, the German Celluloid Fabrik AG in Leipzig (later in a hurry castle ). Production site was the branch hurry castle, which was headquartered since 1915. Pearloid is used as a mother- substitute and takes place at inlaid in musical instruments and Picks application. The English name of the material is pearloid. The plastic was under this name from the Richelieu Pearl Jos manufacturer. H. Meyer Bros. in Brooklyn (New York City) is manufactured in the USA.
