The River Pedja
The River Pedja ( Pedja Jõgi estonian ) is a river in Estonia.
The Pedja Jõgi is the fourth longest river in Estonia. It rises in the ridge near the village Pandivere Simuna (municipality Väike- Maarja in Lääne -Viru county ). It flows into the river Emajögi.
The Pedja Jõgi 122 km long. Its catchment area is 2710 km ². The river travels a gradient of 69.3 m.
Its most important tributary is the right Pikknurme Jõgi. Other tributaries are Onga, Kaave and Umbusi.
