Pegah Ahmadi

Pegah Ahmadi (Persian پگاه احمدی; born 1974 in Tehran ) is an Iranian poet, literary critic and translator.

Age of seven began Pegah Ahmadi to write poetry. Her breakthrough reached the age of seventeen, as a poem of her was published in the magazine Takapu. Ahmadi studied Persian literature at the University of Tehran. Later she published regularly in literary newspapers in Iran.

Her previous works include several collections of poetry, scientific publications, literary criticism and translations, especially American poetry, such as by Sylvia Plath.

Currently Pegah Ahmadi worked as chief editor of the literary magazine Paperik.
