Peggy Walton- Walker was born as Peggy Jean Walton. After she attended until 1961, the Vigor High School in Pricard, Alabama, in 1965 she made her Bachelor of Music at Birmingham - Southern College. In the same year she was crowned as Miss Birmingham - Southern College.
