Pelican is a fishing village on the northwest coast of Chichagof Iceland on Lisianski Inlet in the U.S. state of Alaska.

Formation

Kalle " Charley " Raataikainen bought in this area fish he brought to Sitka. He chose this place in the sheltered bay as ideal storage space and named after in his boat, the Pelican.
