Pena was a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the 1st Bairro the capital Lisbon. It was resolved in the context of local government reform in the city of Lisbon on September 29, 2013, and part of the new community Arroios.

Geography

The community is located approximately between Avenida da Liberdade and the Avenida Almirante Reis, adjacent to the Mouraria district.

In the northern part of the former town Patria is located at Campo Martires da Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
