Penguin Iceland is a 840 -meter-long island in the Indian Ocean, just 800 meters off the coast of Western Australia at Rockingham ( State of Western Australia ) and 50 km south of Perth located, from where they can be reached by public transport in about an hour. The vegetation consists mostly of low ground cover, there are only a few larger shrubs and trees.

On Penguin Iceland numerous birds such as cormorants live and on certain seasons fairy penguins. The latter are the namesake for the island, and can also be found throughout the year in an located on the island of Discovery Station, which can be visited by tourists. On the island there are several kilometers scale as webs trails, on which the island can be explored. There is also the possibility of starting from Penguin Iceland tours on glass -bottom boat to make neighboring islands, where, for example, live sea lions.
