Peninah Arusei

Peninah Jerop Arusei (born 23 February 1979) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road races.

She won three times so far ( 2006-2008 ) on the 10 - km route of the Paderborn Easter Run (2008 with her best time of 31:42 min) and in 2007 at the Würzburg Residenz run over the same distance. In 2007, she also won the half marathon in 1:10:49 h Venloop 2006, 2008 and 2009, she won the 25 km of Berlin (2009 with the routes and African record of 1:22:31 h) and the 2008 Berlin Half Marathon in their best time of 1:08:22 h

At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, she came over the 10,000 m distance to 18th place.
