The five- belt bar ( Desmopuntius pentazona, Boulenger, 1894) (synonyms: Barbodes pentazona, Barbus pentazona, Capoeta pentazona, Puntius pentazona, Systomus pentazona ), is a freshwater ornamental fish from the order of carp -like.
