People's Republic of Bulgaria

The People's Republic of Bulgaria ( Bulgarian Народна република България; transcription Narodna republika Balgaria ) was the Bulgarian state which existed from 1946 to 1990. The People's Republic of Bulgaria was founded after the Second World War and the products resulting from the Yalta Conference to power of the Communists in Bulgaria. In its history, it was politically dominated by the Bulgarian Communist Party, which was renamed after the political changes in 1990 and the end of the Iron Curtain in " Bulgarian Socialist Party ". The capital of the state was Sofia.
