Perret tower (Grenoble)

The Tour Perret (also: Tour d' Orientation) is an observation tower in the French city of Grenoble. It was built in 1924 on the occasion of the next year taking place Exposition internationale de la houille blanche by the architect Auguste Perret and is the first constructed in reinforced concrete tower in Europe.

The tower stands on an octagonal base and reaches a height of 95 meters. Since 1998 he has been classified as a monument historique.
