Pete Zingoni

Peter Zingoni ( born April 28, 1981 in Bridgeport, Connecticut ) is an American professional ice hockey player who was in January 2011 for the remainder of the 2010/11 season at the Augsburger Panther in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga under contract.

Career

Peter Zingoni began his career as a hockey player at Providence College, which he attended from 2000 to 2004 and for the hockey team, he was active in parallel in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Towards the end of the 2003/04 season was the center for the Syracuse Crunch his debut in professional hockey when he scored two goals each and two assists in the American Hockey League in five games. For the season 2004 /05 he first went to Europe, where he spent most of the season at the mosquitoes eating in the 2nd Bundesliga. In the rest of the season, he also came to a total of five appearances for the Finnish clubs TPS Turku and Lahti Pelicans in the SM- liiga.

During the 2005/06 season Zingoni stood at the Trenton Titans in the ECHL under contract. He then spent two years playing for the Philadelphia Phantoms in the AHL. In the 2008 /09 season the links contactors for the Norfolk Admirals stormed into the AHL. For the following season, he moved to the league rivals Houston Aeros, where he also began the 2010/11 season. However, in seienem second year with the Texans, he stood only five times in the AHL on the ice, after which they issued it to their partners Bakersfield Condors of the ECHL. With these he was able to convince and scored in eight games twelve points scorer, including seven goals.
