Peter Bjorn and John

Peter Bjorn and John are a Founded in 1999, indie pop group from Stockholm, Sweden.

The most successful single of the trio 's Young Folks with guest vocalist Victoria Bergsman of The Concretes; it reached the British Top 40 UK The song is part of the soundtrack of the film 21 as the series Grey's Anatomy. In Germany this song under the title was nothing I can gecovert for Nena, Oliver Pocher and Stephan Remmler and climbed into the top ten of the charts. It is also still in the comedy series Two Funny - The sketch comedy used as the title track.

Furthermore, their song used Second Chance for the opener of the sitcom 2 Broke Girls.

Band History

Morén Yttling and began making music together in high school. They shared a great interest in bands like The Stone Roses and Ride. Your first band broke up, when they moved to Stockholm: There they learned in 1999 and founded Eriksson know Peter, Bjorn and John. They completed a first, unsuccessful appearance on a boat in Stockholm. Lars Skoglund from the band Laakso support the band during live performances with drums and bongos.

Peter, Bjorn and John was the opening act for Depeche Mode during their tour -of-the -Universe - concerts.
