Peter Hely

Peter Graham Hely (* 1944, † October 1, 2005 in Paris) was an Australian lawyer and federal judge of the Federal Court of Australia.

Peter Hely was since 1998, federal judges of the Supreme Court of Australia.

Hely died of a heart attack at a conference in Paris.

Peter Hely is the fourth federal judge in Australia, who was killed in 2005, according to Graham Hill, who was found under mysterious circumstances in August 2005, and after Bradley Selway, death by heart attack in April 2005, and Richard Cooper, died after an operation in March, 2005.
