The Petőfibrücke (Hungarian Petőfi híd ) is one of today's nine bridges across the Danube in Hungary's capital Budapest.

They crossed the Danube and connects the two parts of the city Pest and Buda together. It is named since the reopening in 1952 after the Hungarian poet Sándor Petőfi.

The bridge is a haunched half-timbered and has a span between the two pillars of 154 meters and an overall length of 378 meters. With bridge spans over the shore road widens the total length to 514 meters.

Originally designated as Miklós Horthy - Bridge bridge was built 1933-1937 according to the plans of Pál Hubert Álgyay. After the destruction of the Second World War, on 15 January 1945 it was replaced by the present Petőfibrücke and 1952 reopened.
