Petr Johana ( born November 1, 1976 in Most, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech football player.

Career

Association

Petr Johana played in his youth for SFK Meziboří and Chemopetrol Litvinov. In 1995 he moved first to FK Ústí nad Labem, a little later, however, to Slavia Karlovy Vary.

For the season 1996/97 he went to the then third division FC MUS must and rose with this on in the second league. There, the 1.89 m wide defender was one of the best players and was purchased in 2000 by the first division side Slovan Liberec for six million crowns. There he won a regular place immediately and was instrumental in the title of his club in the 2001/ 02 season.

In 2003, Petr Johana in exchange for Michal Pospisil to Sparta Prague, and there he was part of the initial lineup. In a test match in July 2004, the defender was seriously injured at the knees and fell several months. In the season 2004/ 05 he was only twelve missions.

In summer 2005, he joined the Turkish first division club Vestel Manisaspor, after one and a half years in Turkey, he returned to the Czech Republic and signed with FK SIAD Most. For the season 2008/ 09 Johana changes to the Austrian second division side SC Magna Wiener Neustadt. After two seasons and the rise in 2008/ 09, and fifth place in 2009/10 in the Bundesliga, he returned in the summer of 2010 back to the homeland and signed for FK Mlada Boleslav

Achievements

  • Czech champions Slovan Liberec 2002 and 2005 with Sparta Prague.

National

In the Czech national Johana debuted on June 2, 2001 at 1:2 against Denmark. Although he denied the most qualifiers for Euro 2004, he was not nominated for the finals themselves.

His last date of a total of 13 operations had Johana on 15 November 2003 in a 5-1 against Canada in Teplice.
