Pétur Pétursson

Pétur Pétursson (born 27 June 1959 in Akranes ) is a former Icelandic football player and current coach. He is currently working as an assistant coach for the Icelandic national football team.

Playing career

Pétur was in the junior department of Íþróttabandalag Akraness to 1976. 1976/1977 he came into the first team his home club. There he became a regular player and had a good performance.
