Peumerit

Peumerit ( Purid Breton ) is a commune in the canton of Plogastel -Saint -Germain of the Finistère department in Brittany with 789 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).

Location

The place is located in the southwest of Brittany, near the Atlantic coast. Quimper is located 16 kilometers (km) east, Brest 50 km north and Paris about 500 km to the east (in straight line ).

Infrastructure

In Quimper are the next departures of the highway E 60 (Brest -Nantes ) and a regional train station in the predominantly parallel railway line.

The train station of Brest is the end of TGV Atlantique to Paris and the airports Aéroport de Brest Brittany, near Brest and Lorient Bretagne Sud Aéroport de Lorient at the next regional airports.
