Peyrins

Peyrins is a commune with 2416 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Drôme in the Rhône -Alpes; it belongs to the district of the canton of Valence and Romans- sur -Isère -1.

History

Earlier spellings of the name were: Pairanium (11th century), Pairinum (13th century), Payranum / Payrinum (15th century)
