The Pfitscher Bach is a 27 km long left tributary of the north-east Eisack in South Tyrol, Italy. The Pfitscher creek drains the valley Pfitscher ( 139.7 km ²). In the upper reaches of the river is dammed for power generation. Most important tributaries are the Unterberg Bach and the Bach Grossberg. Most important places are Kematen and meadows. The Pfitscher creek flows near Sterzing in the Eisack.
