Philibert de Lavigne

Philibert de Lavigne (* 1700, † 1760 ) is a French composer of the Baroque period.

About his life little is known, even of birth and year of death can only be given approximately. Philibert de Lavigne is said to have worked in 1730 as Maître de Musique (Music Master ) at the Comte d' Agen and lived in Paris. Later he is möglierweise the court of Louis XV. been active.
