Philip Singoei
Philip Kipyegon Singoei ( born December 31, 1975) is a Kenyan marathon runner.
He was sixth in the CPC Loop Den Haag 1999. A tenth place at the Rotterdam Marathon in 2004 was followed by a second place at the Eindhoven Marathon 2004. 2005 he was second again in Eindhoven, coinciding with the winner Boniface Usisivu.
In 2006 he finished seventh at the Paris Marathon and won in Eindhoven. In 2007, he defended his title in Eindhoven, and in 2008 he finished tenth in the Rome Marathon.
