Recurring elements

Throughout the series there are recurring elements and running gags. The following come - except for a few episodes - each episode before, even though they may occur quite easily changed by the debate or in individual cases by the words and are often taken from the series itself on the grain:

  • " ( Ferb ) I know what we will do today."
  • " Hey, where is ( because ) Perry? " ( At the exact moment in which Perry disappears) and " Oh, there you are, Perry! " ( At the exact moment in which Perry turns up again )
  • Doofenshmirtz ' inventions either end with " - inator " or " onator " (eg Walübersetzerinator )
  • On each invention of Doofenshmirtz the name of his company is to be found. But usually must use the abbreviation " DEInc. " To read.
  • With few exceptions, Dr. Doofenshmirtz (or one of his inventions ) is always responsible for ensuring that Phineas ' and disappear Ferbs inventions mysteriously.
  • Perry comes in every episode in a different way into the secret headquarters.
  • In each episode you will hear a jingle when the spire of the " Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated " is shown. ( almost always " Doofenshmirtz - be mean is our motto! " or " Doofenshmirtz - be mean is great! " )
  • Whenever Perry is shown as Agent P. with a parachute, you will hear a jingle: "Agent P. " or " Perry ".
  • Doofenshmirtz Perry recognizes only when he has his hat on. Otherwise, he thinks he's an ordinary platypus
  • Isabella asks, "What are you doing? " Or " What are you doing now? " And can help with their Scouts, because they want to buy just a matching badge anyway
  • Phineas is asked if he is not too young for something. Phineas: " Yes. Yes, I am! ", After which the questioner everything goes ok
  • Candace said: " Now you are so what of overdue! "
  • Almost all of Doofenshmirtz ' evil plans are acts of revenge for something that happened to him in his bad childhood, or " counter-measures " for anything as mundane, that has annoyed him lately (eg, the jingle of Slushy Burger chain).
  • It appears in some episodes on a giant floating baby head.
  • Candace sees a talking zebra, from which it is named Kevin. (in some episodes)
  • Doofenshmirtz appeared in several episodes as an extra addition to the action on and just stands in the picture.
  • A bird or other flying animal pops into the Built.

Criticism

Julian Miller writes in his review that the series for " [ ... ] children up to twelve years [ ... ] a nice pastime [ ... ] " is "[... ] but any beyond this age [ ... ] in the madness drive [ ... ] " would. " The plot of the first episode is predictable and terribly banal. It just will not occur tension and the humor of the series as a whole is a little subtle. Funny situations are not used, but dissolve into nothingness, what the audience more and more frustrated. " Emily Ashby, however, praised the series as " fun cartoon ". Children would " enjoy their ideas " to leave, while older viewers and even parents would appreciate " the insight and the intelligent humor of the show " by using the "mad plans of the characters " run free.
