Phuture

Phuture is an American music group from Chicago, with the Acid Trax produced a breakthrough for electronic dance music piece 1987. The piece is mainly based on the sound of the Roland TB -303 and is regarded as one of the first acid house pieces.

History

The group was founded in 1985 by DJ Pierre and Spanky and Herb J to produce plates that then einbaute DJ Pierre in his DJ sets in the clubs of Chicago. Herb J left the band already at the follow-up single We Are Phuture and was replaced by DJ Roy Davis Jr.. DJ Pierre was later replaced some publications by Professor Trax.

The group brought out in 1992 Inside Out and then made a four-year break to form up in 1996 under the names Phuture 303 new. A year later the album Alpha & Omega ( DJ Skull ) came out.
