Pia Christmas-Møller

Pia Christmas -Møller ( born January 21, 1961 in Kjellerup, Silkeborg ) is a Danish politician of the Conservative People's Party. She was party leader from 1998 to 1999. Around the turn of 2007 /08, she left the party and faction, and remained until 2011 non-attached MEPs in the Folketing.

Profession

Pia Christmas -Møller 1979 graduated from high school in Kolding. She then worked for a year as a substitute teacher in the Nordvangskole in Haslev. 1981-1983 she worked as a political assistant at the conservative parliamentary group. After that, she was employed for four years with the unemployment insurance for self-employed ( Danske Næringsdrivendes Arbejdsløshedskasse ).

Policy

Pia Christmas -Møller occurred in 1977 in the conservative youth organization Conservative one Ungdom. Two years later she became its chairman and thus also a board member of the Conservative People's Party. From 1987 to 2011 she was member of parliament.
