Pierre Haski

Pierre Haski ( born April 8, 1953 in Tunis, Tunisia ) is a French journalist, co-founder and member of the internet magazine Rue 89

Life and work

He received his degree as a journalist he made in 1974 at the Centre de formation of journalistes ( CFJ ) in Paris. Then a journalist with Agence France-Presse. From 1974 to 1980 he worked for this as a correspondent in South Africa.

In 1981 he went to the newspaper Libération, where he worked for the international desk, especially for Africa, after which he was responsible for the area of ​​diplomacy. In 1993, he was a correspondent for Libération to Jerusalem. 1995 back in Paris, he worked as head of the international department and editor. 2000 sent him the Libération to Beijing, where he remained for five years, and the blog Mon journal de Chine (, My Chinese Diary ') led.
