Pierre Imhasly

Imhasly Pierre ( born November 14, 1939 in Visp ) is a Swiss writer.

Life

Pierre Imhasly studied German and Romance Languages ​​at the Universities of Fribourg ( Switzerland ) and Zurich and stayed afterwards for a long time in Italy and Spain. In 1981 he took part in Klagenfurt at the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition. Imhasly lives in Nimes and Visp.

Pierre Imhasly is the author of prose and poetry. In addition, he has emerged as a translator from French.
