Pieter Vink

Pieter Vink ( born March 13, 1967 in Noordwijkerhout ) is a Dutch football referee.

Originally Vink was a policeman. Since 1994 he is a FIFA referee. His first international game, he led on 28 April 2004 in the encounter between Switzerland and Slovenia ( 2-1 ). In December 2007, he was nominated as one of 12 referees for the European Football Championship 2008. His assistants are Adriaan Inia and Hans ten Hoove. His first game at the European Championships, he led on 8 June at the game in Group B between hosts Austria and Croatia in Vienna. On June 14, he led the match between Sweden and Spain.
