Pig With the Face of a Boy
Pig With the Face of a Boy 's ( English for " pig with the face of a boy "), a musical comedy duo from London, founded by actor, singer and accordion player Dan Woods 2008 ( b. 1982) and the actor and guitarist Donald Newholm. They refer to themselves as " neo- post-post - music hall anti -folk band"; they combine surreal comic texts with catchy music from vaudeville music and intelligent pop melodies.
The group was known for performances in London and Edinburgh. In 2009 they had their first album La La Ha Ha ( Ó Records).
The music video A Complete History of the Soviet Union as told by a humble worker, Arranged to the melody of Tetris to the Russian song Korobeiniki was awarded the London Super Shorts International Film Festival 2010 for Best Animation and also with the " Low Budget Award".
