Pinsk Raion

The Rajon Pinsk ( Belarusian Пінскі раён; Russian Пинский район ) is an administrative unit in the middle south of Breszkaja Woblasz in Belarus with 55 462 inhabitants. The Rajon has an area of 3,200 km ², comprises 243 villages and is divided into 1 Passawet and 24 Selsawets.

Geography

The Pinsk Raion is located south of Breszkaja Woblasz. The Nachbarrajone in Breszkaja Woblasz are in the north and Iwazewitschy Hanzawitschy, in the east Luninets, in the southeast and west Stolin Iwanawa.
