Pinzón Island

Pinzón ( Duncan english Iceland ) is the twelfth largest of the Galapagos Islands. It is 18 square kilometers, the highest point of the island lies 458 meters above sea level. It is named after Martin Alonso Pinzón sailors and Vicente Yáñez Pinzón. The island is located in the center of the Galápagos Islands.

On Pinzón live giant tortoises, sea lions, Galapagos hawks and other endemic species.
