The Piper PA- 31T Cheyenne is a light twin-engine turboprop propeller aircraft of the U.S. aircraft manufacturer Piper Aircraft Corporation and a further development of the Piper PA -31 Navajo.

History

The original version of the aircraft was an improved version of the Piper Navajo with a pressurized cabin. The new aircraft was equipped with two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A -28 Turboproptriebwerken. In various advancements, the aircraft was steadily improved. Finally, from the development was the largest aircraft from Piper PA -42 Cheyenne III and IV
