Pirate Party Luxembourg

The Pirate Party Luxemburg ( German Pirate Party Luxembourg, French Parti Pirate du Luxembourg ), short PPLU, is a political party in Luxembourg. It was founded on October 4, 2009 in the city of Luxembourg from 23 interested parties. She stepped to the chamber election in 2013 at the first time and reached 2.94 % of votes.

Programmatic

The program of PPLU is based on the Swedish Piratpartiet and other Pirate Parties. They lobby for civil rights, for enhanced data protection and privacy for individuals. She calls for more transparency in the state, free access to information and education. Organization
