Pitof

Pitof ( born July 4, 1957 in Paris as Jean -Christophe Comar ) is a French film director and visual effects producer. His pseudonym " Pitof " Comar has since early childhood, when he gave this nickname his school friends. It derives from " Petit Christophe ", "Little Christopher ".

Work

Pitof began his career as head of special effects video clips for stars such as Madonna, Lenny Kravitz and Prince.

In most films in which he has acted Pitof was responsible for the visual effects. These included the French productions Asterix and Obelix vs. Caesar, The City of Lost Children, Visitors and Delicatessen.

The visually groundbreaking fantasy horror film Vidocq was recorded positive international 2001. In 2004, his film Catwoman international scathing reviews. The main character of this production Halle Berry later stated " I want to thank Warner Bros. for casting me in this piece -of- sh -, god-awful movie".

The notice published in the 2008 movie Fire & Ice: The Dragon Chronicles applies in addition to Catwoman as his worst work. Pitof put value to be listed on the credits as Jean C. Comar.
