Placid J. Podipara

Placid Joseph Podipara CMI ( born October 3, 1899 in Arpukara at Mannanam, Kerala, † April 27, 1985 in Chethipuzha ) was a Christian scholar.

Podipara taught as a professor at the Pontifical Oriental Institute and was papal Peritus and consultant to the Council Committee for the Eastern Churches.
