Plain White T's

The Plain White T's are an American pop-punk band from Villa Park (Illinois ), a suburb of Chicago. The band landed a surprise hit in 2007 with the song Hey There Delilah.

History

The Plain White T's playing an up-beat pop- music style with songs like A Lonely September or Take Me Away and have so far produced six studio albums.

Their album Every Second Counts was published on 12 September 2006 and contains a re-release of the already published in 2005 on the album All That We Needed song Hey There Delilah. 2007, the single release of the song debuted at # 1 on the charts in Germany and the USA. They also won in 2008 for the song Hey There Delilah was nominated for a Grammy. To Hey There Delilah is the most successful single to date by Plain White T's.

The band contributed with Our Time Now at the theme song for the TV series Greek. The band also made ​​a guest appearance in the U.S. series iCarly.
