Plaintext

In cryptography, the term clear text (also referred to: Dechiffrat ) the open wording of a text, so an unencrypted message.

Through encryption using an encryption method and key, the plaintext is transformed into a ciphertext. Conversely, is recovered from a ciphertext by decrypting the plaintext.

Encryption is done with the public key. If the text is encrypted with the secret key, it is called a signature whose validity can check everyone by decrypting with the public key.
