Plamen Konstantinov

Plamen Konstantinov ( Bulgarian Пламен Константинов; born June 16, 1973 in Sofia, Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian former volleyball player.

Plamen Konstantinov, who plays at a height of 2.02 m on the position of the external attacker, his career began in 1986 at Leski Sofia in Bulgaria where he stood up to the age of 23 under contract. In 1995, Konstantinov first time abroad. After a season with Iraklis Thessaloniki, he moved on more stations in Italy, Turkey and Greece 2002 Olympiakos Piraeus. After Konstantinov with Olympiakos with the Greek Championship in 2003 won the first professional title of his career, he moved to arch rivals Panathinaikos Athens, where he once more was able to win the championship in the following season. Plamen Konstantinov was also an integral part of the Bulgarian national volleyball team, with the World Cup in Japan, he won the bronze medal in 2006. In 2007 he was at the World Cup in Japan again third.
