Play (theatre)

A stage work, also called stage play or theater piece, is a seal that is brought on stage for the performance. As a drama, it differs from the epic (or in more modern times from the novel ) and the lyric. Also, it differs from less text-based performances such as the impromptu comedy, must be recorded in writing for the maximum scenarios, or more modern forms such as invisible theater or performance ( art ).

At the stage works include the Schauspielhaus ( tragedy, comedy, melodrama, farce ) musical theater (opera, operetta, musicals ) and the ballet or dance theater.

The creators of stage works are the playwrights for the literary basis, under certain circumstances, the playwrights, as well as the composers and librettists for the musical theater.

At the staging of stage works include involved: director, choreographer, actor, singer, dancers, musicians, set designers, costume designers, makeup artists, prop, stage manager, sound engineers, lighting designers and other specialists.
