Pleyber-Christ

Pleyber-Christ ( Breton Pleiber crys ) is a commune with 3085 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the north of Brittany, in the Finistère.

Location

The place is located about 15 kilometers south of the Atlantic Ocean coast at the Rade de Morlaix on the English Channel. Morlaix is 9 km north, 46 km west of Brest and Paris, about 450 km to the east.

Infrastructure

Pleyber-Christ has an exit on the highway E 50 (Brest - Rennes ) and a regional train station in the predominantly parallel railway line. In Brest and Rennes are regional airports.

The town is twinned with Lostwithiel in Cornwall.
