Plumb (singer)

Tiffany Lee ( born March 9, 1975 in Indianapolis, Indiana as Tiffany Arbuckle ) is an American singer of Christian pop and rock music and songwriter. She performs under the stage name Plumb on.

Biography

Plumb grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia, and began her career as a background singer. Their album candycoatedwaterdrops won the 2000 Dove Award as Modern Rock Album of the Year. Two pieces of which were hits for other artists: Stranded in 2002 a hit for Jennifer Paige and Damaged was a 2003 dance hit for Plummet.

During the first three released albums Plumb was marketed as a band. The band was named after the song My Favorite Plum by Suzanne Vega. 2000 Lee decided to leave the music business. Although she had only released two albums, a best-of album was for contractual reasons with the music label Essential Records.

In 2003, she opted for a solo career and signed with the label Curb Records. On 9 October 2007 she released Blink, her third solo album. The first single In My Arms was remixed by Kaskade, Scotty K, Bronleewe & Bose, Gomi and Bimbo Jones and reached # 1 on the Billboard Dance Charts.

In the fall of 2009, the remix album Beautiful History appeared with two new titles. The first single Hang On again reaching number one on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play and the Hot Dance Airplay charts. The second single of the title Beautiful History was coupled out of the number 22 in the Billboard Hot Christian Songs achieved.

On February 26, 2013, the fourth solo album Need You Now was released after six -year break.
