The Pohronský Inovec is a small mountain range in Slovakia, about 15 km in diameter. Previously the area was assigned to the bird mountains, but now regarded as a separate entity.

Location and territory

The Pohronský Inovec located on the border of the circles Banská Bystrica and Nitra, east of the city Zlaté Moravce. It is part of the Slovak Central Mountains, which closes it to the west.
