Polgárdi

Polgárdi is a town of about 7,000 inhabitants ( as of 2010) in Fejér county in Hungary.

Geographical location

Polgárdi situated at an altitude of about 144 meters, about twelve kilometers north-east of Lake Balaton. About 30 kilometers south-east is the town of Sárbogárd. About 17 kilometers northeast of the city of Székesfehérvár is Polgárdi ( German: Stuhlweißenburg ).

History

Polgárdi was first documented in 1277.
