Polycracy

Polycracy (from the Greek poly, many ' and kratein prevail ' ) refers to the coexistence of competing institutions of rule with the same or similar skills.

The term was coined by historians and not characterized clearly be demarcated, interlocking power structures. Especially pronounced Polycracy can be found in the system of rule of National Socialism, were rivals in the party officials with state institutions.
