Pont-l'Abbé
Pont l'Abbé - ( Breton Pont- 'n -Abad ) is a municipality in the Cornwall, in western France in the department of Finistère in the Brittany region. Covering an area of 18:21 km ² live 8432 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).
Pont l'Abbé - is considered the capital of the " Bigouden " ( bret. Bro Vigoudenn ) - the Bigoudenlandes.
Allegedly, an abbot of Benodet had built a bridge here in the 7th century - that's why the name Pont- l'Abbé. The once important harbor is now used almost only the recreational boating.

Just 12 km outside on the road from Tréogat after Plovan is the " Chapelle de Languidou " - a ruined church with a large, an entire gable wall engaging, rose window.
