Pontus Kåmark ( born April 5, 1969 in Västerås) is a Swedish football player.

His career began in the defender Pontus Kåmark in his hometown Västerås Västerås SK at. After four seasons in the first squad, he moved to IFK Göteborg. Due to its good performance, even in the national team, the English club Leicester City became aware of him, for he played from 1995 to 1999. His career ended in 2001 in Stockholm, the player with the AIK Solna. He can look back on 57 matches and third place in the Football World Cup 1994 in the USA. Today he works as a commentator for television.
