Porteus Maze Test

The maze test after Porteus (LT -P) (English Porteus Maze Test) is a non-verbal intelligence test of the Australian psychologist Stanley Porteus. The maze test consists of a series of mazes of varying difficulty. The subject is to find a way with no time limit and draw. You must avoiding dead ends, but must make no way back. The test is suitable for adults and children from 3 years.

Porteus maze test originally developed the while working as a teacher in a special school in Melbourne and modified it according to its migration to the United States.

The results of the tests consist of a quality rating and a test age. The test has an average rating correlation with verbal intelligence tests of about 0.5 and a higher correlation with other non-verbal intelligence tests such as Kohs blocks and Knox cubes.
