Poseur

As Poser (English = to pose, pose as ' posing '), rarely also poseur, is usually pejoratively refers to a person by external characteristics, such as clothing and hairstyle, or ostentatiously flaunted belonging to a subculture or her behavior trying to impress others.

In the 1980s, the concept of followers of upcoming speed or thrash metal was used pejoratively for bands and musicians of the resulting parallel Hair Metal scene.
