Postal codes in Turkey

The Turkish zip codes ( Turkish: Posta kodu ) are five digits and modeled in the structure of the French system.

ID

The first two digits correspond to the number of the province and therefore the vehicle's registration number. They are the figures from the international code ISO 3166-2: TR identical. Thus, for example, is the 25 for Erzurum, etc. The following three digits are in the province of the exact place in major cities of the district or the city.
