Potzbergturm

The Potzbergturm is a 53.5 meter high lookout and radio tower on the members of the community Föckelberg Potzberg. It was built between October 1951 and December 2, 1951 13 and consists of a 35 meter high masonry tower with a base of 4 * 7 meters, on which the 18.5 meter high antenna support is.

Originally completed a 18.5 -meter-high radio antenna on the platform of the building. From here until the 1990s, the radio programs of the then Südwestfunks were broadcast. The transmitter of the present Südwestrundfunks have now been relocated to the nearby location Bornberg.
